James Eagan Biography

Consistency is the highlight of Jim's many business credits. He has worked at only two real estate firms in his forty years of Real Estate sales experience.

He has been an agent at Gurney, Becker & Bourne since 1984, as a Licensed Associate Broker Jim became Vice President in 2008.

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York Jim Eagan has been married to Gayle Eagan who is a Partner at Jaeckle,  Fleischmann & Mugel for 40 years and has 4 children James Jr., Attorney, Monica Richards, Attorney, Patrick, Broker Associate and Kelly, who also sold real estate.  He is very fortunate to have all his children reside in the Buffalo area. 

He graduated from Canisius College and has a Master of Science in Education Administration. He worked for the Buffalo Board of Education for 33 years as a Business Education Teacher, prior to becoming a full-time Real Estate Agent.

Jim is has been an active member of the Buffalo Teachers Federation, and has been very active with the Political Action Groups for the Teachers Federation and the Buffalo Niagara Association of REALTORS 

He is also an active member of the Buffalo Canoe Club where he is an avid sailor.
