Ann Barry has been at Gurney, Becker & Bourne for over 12 years selling residential real estate throughout Western New York. She has closed deals as far north as Wilson and as far south as Derby. She is equally comfortable with city real estate, having lived in Buffalo for the last 20 years, and suburban and country properties, having lived in Orchard Park and East Aurora for over 20 years. Because of this, she has been especially successful in relocations, where clients from out of town need unbiased and knowledgeable advice as to where to live given their individual circumstances.

Ann has long been active in community affairs. In her 40 years in WNY, she has served on several boards of directors, including those of Women's and Children's Hospital, Studio Arena Theatre, League of Women Voters and Planned Parenthood of WNY. She has also been a member of the Quality Improvement Committee of Kalieda Health Systems and is active in the Wellesley College Club. She attended Wellesley College, where she earned her BA, and has 3 grown children with husband Franklyn S. Barry, Jr.
