Max Becker, Jr. Biography

Max Becker, Jr., Chairman of Gurney, Becker & Bourne, started with the firm in 1950. Since that time, he has been active in selling and leasing industrial and office space on the Niagara Frontier.

Max is past President of the local chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR), as well as the National District Vice President and Director. This organization is made up of approximately 1,500 professional real estate individuals in industrial and office real estate and has an extensive networking system across the United States, Canada and Europe. Max has been lead reporter for a book published for SIOR entitled "Comparative Statistics of Industrial and Office Real Estate Markets". This publication deals with industrial absorption, vacancy rates, rental rates and other demographics pertaining to the area.
