Kristan Carlson Andersen is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been a full-time agent with Gurney, Becker & Bourne for over 14 years. She specializes in putting buyers and sellers together in the Western New York area.

Kristan is a life-long Buffalo resident with deep roots in the area. She is married, has 2 children and lives in the City of Buffalo. She is involved in many civic and cultural organizations. Her favorite part about selling real estate is "figuring out the puzzle for buyers and sellers that will put them in the right residences". She loves having the opportunity to educate out of town buyers and is excited to show off Western New York!
