James Mack Biography
James Mack :
I have been a consistent top-producing licensed real estate sales associate since 1987, becoming a member of the Gurney, Becker & Bourne team in 2009. My expertise is in the listing and sales of single and multi-family homes in the City of Buffalo (including Allentown, Downtown, the Elmwood Village/Delaware District, Parkside and North Buffalo areas), Kenmore/Tonawanda, Amherst/Snyder/Williamsville and Clarence.
My educational background includes an advanced degree in Modern Languages from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from UB's School of Management. I have a great interest in and knowledge about local architecture, historic preservation and Buffalo's many neighborhoods. In my spare time I can be found working on the renovation and beautification of my circa 1893 Queen Anne Victorian or being a Buffalo-booster by attending and supporting many of Buffalo's fine cultural institutions.
My civic and community involvement encompasses many areas, including: membership in two neighborhood association groups (Linwood Preservation District & Friends Association and the Allentown Association,) President of the Board for Buffalo United Artists (a theater-producing group), past president of Buffalo Frontrunners/Frontwalkers, season-subscriber to Shea's Performing Arts Center, member of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, the Burchfield-Penny Art Center, the Castellani Art Museum, the Darwin Martin House Restoration Project, Graycliff Conservancy, and the Alliance Francaise de Buffalo.
I would be happy to use my many years of real estate experience to either help you find your next home in Western New York or sell your current home.
